Returns

To return a Jack's Rake product: You must send an email to harvey@bidbi.co.uk, along with the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. As print on demand Products are customised and produced to order, returns are not accepted unless the Product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

In the event of a defect, your email must be sent within 14 days of receipt. The full order must be returned to the Return Address below so that we can start an inspection before any assessment or remedy is issued.

If a fault is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer either:

• A reprint of the affected Products; or 
• A full, or partial refund or credit; or
• BIDBI reserves the right to reject any claim where the alleged defect arises from misuse, poor handling, or normal variations inherent to the print process.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
